The mission of United Way of Naperville is to improve people’s lives by mobilizing the caring power of Naperville.
Naperville United Way provides the leadership and resources it takes to help people overcome life’s challenges and become independent. We work to understand the needs in Naperville, and then we fund a network of programs to address those needs. We hold ourselves and our partner programs accountable for delivering results - to ensure that your contributions make the greatest impact possible.
Supporting the Naperville United Way is the most effective way to improve lives and strengthen our community. We’re working to address the greatest challenges in Naperville.
Naperville United Way achieves its mission by:
- Developing an ongoing system to identify changing community needs, both long-term and emerging;
- Developing the resources and partnerships necessary to meet community needs through our annual campaign, special events, planned giving and related activities.
- Investing in Health & Human Service Programs that collaborate to provide community impact with the most successful outcomes.
- Cultivating community leadership through Board Members, Volunteers and Partners, who care about improving the quality of life in Naperville.
